Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Campus Ministry pillars in supporting the mental health of Father Urios Academy of Magallanes, Inc. (FUAMI) students who belong to the “phygital natives” world—a generation learner that seamlessly blends physical and digital interactions. The research aims to determine how the key pillars of the Campus Ministry—faith formation, community service, community involvement, and personal growth—contribute to students’ overall psychological well-being, sense of purpose, and resilience amid increasing digital engagement. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, data were gathered through a structured survey administered to FUAMI students across various grade levels. Findings revealed that the Campus Ministry significantly fosters emotional stability, social connectedness, and spiritual grounding, which are vital components of positive mental health. Moreover, the study highlights that faith-based programs remain relevant and effective even in a technology-driven environment, as they provide balance, moral guidance, and a sense of belonging. In conclusion, the study emphasizes the essential role of the Campus Ministry in nurturing holistic well-being among students who navigate the challenges of both physical and digital worlds. Strengthening these pillars through innovative and inclusive programs can further enhance their impact on mental health and help students maintain harmony between their faith, academic life, and online experiences.
